Our Waffles
We will be serving authentic Liége Belgium Waffles made with the real deal Tirlemont pearl sugar. By adding both pearl sugar along with vanilla to the mix, an explosion of flavors emerged, creating the Liége waffle. These sweet and crunch treats were originally sold as a street side snack outside churches throughout Belgium following Sunday Mass. It is a centuries-old tradition that first started in the Belgian town of Liége and has since made its way across the globe to North Scituate, Rhode Island.
Our Homemade Fudge
The art of fudge making has been perfected here at Moose Trackers! We have a wide variety of flavors all year round. We have made over 40 flavors of fudge, some are seasonal.
