It was a Brigido family decision to establish Moose Trackers Ice Cream & Confections and they continued as a family all the way through. From Sheila, Sydney and Olivia working the demolition, to Mark and Mitchel part of the design and buildout team, it has been a family-centered operation, two and a half years in the making, and they have found the dream.

Moose Trackers Ice Cream & Confections features quality products and service of a bygone era by bringing old school charm to a new generation. The Brigido family has a heritage of purveying fine food and dry goods and their entrepreneurial spirit is the impetus behind Moose Trackers.
